The Metro District is the local community taxing authority for Corinthian Hill and its budget maintains the Corinthian Hill Clubhouse. With a community room, heated pool, hot tub, showers, and sauna, the Clubhouse is available to use for all CHPOA homeowners.

YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Americana Resort Properties-  www.americanaresorts.com - is the management company for the Corinthian Hill Property Owner's Association and the Metro District. Their office is located in the Dillon Centre above the bowling alley in Dillon. They are open six days a week and are on call 24 hours a day. Americana Resort Properties is a full service Property and Rental Management Company. They have a dedicated, experienced and professional support staff, including maintenance and housekeeping departments; and a well-established short-term and long-term rental management program.

CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION: Please note that the current hours are 10AM -9PM daily. You should have an electronic clubhouse card; there is a $50 lost/replacement card fee. Please read the Clubhouse Rules & Regulations under 'Assn Docs'.
